Considering this week's ruling against Bush's NSA wiretapping program, the question of "why didn't he just go to Congress and get legislation passed?" seems to come up even more often. Perhaps the answer is very simple - Bush was too busy playing rich kid to enjoy Saturday morning cartoons, where he might have learned about how these things work. Well, I have decided to help him out (with the assistance of YouTube).

We need someone at the White House to give Bush the link to this video so he can watch it a few hundred times. This not only applies to what he should have done with the NSA program, but also his nasty little habit of "signing statements".

Actually, there are a lot of the old Schoolhouse Rocks on YouTube. Watching these gives a nice flashback to a better time.

Can you help us out?
