tds-mcclellan.jpgDuring his appearance on The Daily Show last night, Jon Stewart played a clip for Scott McClellan from 2003 when he was flatly denying that anyone in the administration had anything to do with the Valerie Plame leak, then asked for a reaction now that we know Cheney and Rove, in fact, played a role. It must have been hard being a professional propagandist covering for other professional liars (they told him they were not involved) for nearly three years.
McClellan: Those individuals assured me that they were not involved in it and that's the way I phrased it intentionally...
