Chilling. I know the Hitler comparison is over-used and usually not aptly, but this totally feels like a brown shirt rally. I suspect that his anger was NRA inspired, the concept that every American has the right to bear Automatic assault rifles, but then to call Boxer and Feinstein worthless whores, and similarly imply violent attacks on Hillary and Obama, that’s crossing a line into in Agit-prop. And it doesn’t take a Phd to wonder about the sexual imagery (with his gun) coupled with the violent acts toward women and people of color!

Why is Nugent even drawing a crowd, anyway. He was a good rock guitarist, but not one of the greats. His talent was showmanship. He was sort of funny back when he did Cat Scratch Fever and Wango Tango, but now its just pathetic. He’s always had contempt for the stoners who made his career anyway. Maybe it’s hard to play the guitar with “cold dead hands” to paraphrase Charlton Heston.
