Speaking of bombing, now that I think about it, what bothers me about Kosovo is the fact that Clinton was such an opportunist. It appears that the State Department needs 40 to 50 diplomats from the US Foreign Service for openings in the new US Embassy in Iraq. No one seems to be volunteering and a call up will be needed.
