I was referencing the “Values Voters” who made gay rights and gay marriage wedge issues in previous elections. Tolerance of homosexuality is very cool (and the right thing to do)…but it isn’t common on the Republican side of the aisle. Rudy lived with a committed gay couple after Donna Hanover threw him out of the Gracie Mansion.
