I was wondering when Rudy would put on the full frontal 9/11 assault ad. He calls it "Freedom." I call it despicable. Fear-mongering is his only friend. Joe Biden said it the best:

I have always hated Republicans, but never have I seen such a field of theocrats and fascists. Not only is none of them acceptable to me, but I am having a very hard time deciding which would be less of an unmitigated disaster than the others. I am going to rank them, not in terms of preferences (would be a real perversion of the term), but in terms of who I think might be the least worst - and why. Would be interested in hearing someone else's ranking.
1) Romney - Since we all know he hasn't a principle in his bones, there is a faint hope that he will flop back once elected.
2) McCain - He is as conservative as any one in the field, and his "straight talk", and "maverick" rep is a complete scam (he almost always caves and toes the party line when push comes to shove), I suspect (with very little evidence, I admit) that he has some passing familiarity with and respect for the constitution.
3) Huckabee - Another theocrat with his hands out. His populism is largely a sham (he raised every regressive tax in sight as Governor - and wants to do the same as Prez) - but there is slight hope that some of his policies will have a pretense at balance.
4) Guiliani - a "little man on a balcony" who wants to be Mussolini II. No way our Democracy will survive him.

Well let's hope that this starts to be the nailing of the coffin, but I'll wait until after the primarys are over before jumping for joy.
