Why not a hat tip to the person who recorded it and sent it to you? Even the Huffington Post shows this video, yet it is one copied from the original person, proven by the “I’d Rather Die on My Feet” ending.

The reality is, Bush is not making fun of himself here, he’s engaging in triumphalism by minimalizing his failures, the suffering of others caused by them and reveling in his trampling of the rule of law, the Constitution and democracy.
