Keith is the first reporter I have seen cover this story today on cable news. A 24 hour news cycle shouldn't mean it takes 24 hours to report. Of course when we have to wait for Keith to come on, it does mean that.

Keith mentions that O'Reilly's show is not live, but rather taped hours in advance, which makes this "oops" even more unacceptable. There has been a convenient silence from FOX on this "mistake".
