Rumsfeld is stepping down. The AP is just now reporting on it, so not much more available.

AP has declared Tester the winner. No news from the Burns campaign yet.

Rummy Update:

Bush has chose Robert Gates to succeed Rumsfeld (sorry Lieberman - you lost one thing this week). Bush is speaking live now about everything. I will post clips of it later on.
