we obama supporters need to openly discuss his security if we’re serious about all of this.
I practically gave up on MSM. I used to watch Hardball and sometimes the Situation Room. But now they repulse me. Iraq is barely mentioned, Scandals forgotten, Bush ignored(while doing god knows what behind the scenes), and giving King McCain a free pass. I think I’ll spend most of my time in mt garden. I need to escape.

I can’t even watch Obama anymore. I watch/ listen to Lehrer news hour, no shouting and looks at several things rather the relentless obsession with whatever the talking points of the day are. Today it was the Clinton’s takx returns. On and On… actually saying things like “did you find anything “juicy”"

In fact I didn’t even realize Obamas had been released last week.

They do it over and over, pick some superficial garbage and hammer it over and over with some distortions or stating their opinion as fact without saying it is their opinion. The neocons perfected the technique of saying something over and over and over till everyone believes its true because it has been repeated so much. Matthews and the rest do the same, though he really is the worst of the lot I think. They took the fact that Gore had a consultant for image, hair/clothes etc and never let up, ever. Then the internet thing, He never said it but they never stopped saying it and they still say it on occasion though for awhile they were falling all over themselves with praise. I guess the Oscar and the Nobel Prize made them want to get a little of that shine.
They did it with Kerry and the wind surfing/sailing-whatever, over and over, and over. Then the Swiftboat thing they covered it as if it had credibility (even when they were saying it wasn’t credible) they kept it up and kept it up.
At the risk of being beaten up/flamed they have done it with Clinton too. They built her up first… Matthews in particular and then BAM! turned on her overnight. It was startling in fact.
They have had man crushes on Obama since then… Matthews and the thrill up his leg. OMG, help us.
But you know damn well when/if he wins the nomination they are going to pull the same thing on him and go back to their first love.

I want to see the media be taken down in some way. Reorganized or given a set of ethical guidelines where politics, elections, corruption etc. is covered. Play fair or lose your license.
