Although entertainment awards are pretty much arbitrary expressions of the opinions of a few individuals, it's cool to see Beck getting some recognition for his work 30 years into his career. It's definitely one of the best-recorded albums of the year, featuring string arrangements from Beck's very talented father, David Hansen. In addition, the digital version was released at a high sample and bit rate (96kHz/24 bits), making it one of the highest-fidelity mainstream albums out there.
